Each piece of IRS Jewellery is handmade. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your jewellery.

We accept returns only for items that have not been worn or damaged.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as any duties or fees incurred by us when receiving the return.

Shipping Information

Worldwide shipping is 25 USD, handled by FedEx from Bali.
Production and delivery time is approximately 1–2 weeks.
If the item is in stock, delivery usually takes 3–5 days.
